Longtail boats and tuk-tuks will support our walking journey through Bangkok’s venerable gems, The Grand Palace and Wat Pho, but also allow us quieter access to a modern day monk’s quarters, fresh markets, and the visually exciting canals of the old city. Early mornings are the best time to start, enabling opportunities for a climb to the top of the Golden Mount, a tuk-tuk cruise around the impressive boulevards of the royal district, and a methodical exploration of the National Museum. This is the finest art collection in Thailand, featuring treasured royal art and classical Thai mural art.

Travel is by boat, foot, tuk-tuk.
