TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.
  • Each suite or villa can accommodate; 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. Third adult (person over 12 years of age) will be chargeable at THB 5,000++ per room per night.
  • The package is repeatable with no limitation of number of nights.
  • All inclusions listed above are valid for 2 person(s) per room per stay.
  • Available for residents ofย Thailand only; National ID card or work permit must be presented for reservations and upon check-in.
  • Available for direct booking only.
  • The offer is available exclusively from now until 23 December 2024 only.
  • Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% applicable tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation notification must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If cancellation notification is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee of 1 night will be applied.
  • Whole stay period rate will be charged for no show booking.
