After her first collaboration with The Siam, Khun Noy Busarin Larpadisorn returns for a second chapter on 7–8 November 2026 from 18.00-23.00 hrs, bringing the flavours and culinary traditions of Northern Thailand to Chon Thai Restaurant.
Recognised by the MICHELIN Guide with a MICHELIN Plate in 2020, followed by consecutive Bib Gourmand recognition from 2021 onwards, Khun Noy brings a lifetime of experience in the kitchen and more than three decades in the world of wine to her distinctive approach to Thai cuisine. With a refined understanding of balance and flavour, together with a meticulous eye for ingredients.
